Capital Improvements
In addition to continued tenant improvements, since 2021, Zell Two has invested $6.7 million in building improvements throughout the campus.

ESG Facts
- Buildings Two and Three are Energy Star Certified and Building One will qualify later this year.
- Rocks in the landscaping beds were repurposed from recent roof replacements. These rocks, originally used as ballast on the old roof, were removed and utilized as landscape borders and features.
- During construction projects, glass is always repurposed to give interior space as much natural light as possible.
- Raw materials during renovations are repurposed whenever possible.
- A minimum of two electronic recycling events (free to tenants) are held each year by the Landlord to ensure electronic devices are disposed of or upcycled properly.
- Stairwells and corridor lighting are outfitted with timers and motion sensors rather than burning 24/7.
- Green cleaning products are used by janitorial staff.
