“We would recommend to any potential tenant to lease a space in McCandless Corporate Center. We relocated from a different Office Park that was sold to us as one of the most attentive and best in the Region. That Park does not compare to what we have here.
Service calls are met with immediate response and resolution.
The proximity of the Complex to our customer base in the City of Pittsburgh and Greater Pittsburgh Region is excellent.
In the other Park where we leased space as a smaller tenant, we found Management not to be as attentive to our needs…but as a tenant in McCandless Corporate Center there is no indication of that at all; the on-site Management is exceptionally responsive to our requests.
The Complex offers events and services that give more of a community feel.
Many of our employees now schedule appointments for services with other tenants in our building. Now a walk across the hall at lunch hour can be used for that doctor appointment you could not otherwise fit into your schedule.”
